QA Tester

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to join our Belgrade team. This role plays an essential part in our company's product development process. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs. If you hold an engineering background and enjoy providing end-to-end solutions to software quality problems, we'd like to meet you.

You are the right candidate for us if you have:

• Minimum 2 years experience with testing mobile (iOS, Android) and Web apps
• Experience in analyzing and identifying requirements from specification documents
• Experience in writing and executing manual testing plans
• Strong analytical skills, organizational talent, and attention to detail
• Highly motivated, organized, and able to work on multiple projects at the same time
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident spoken and written English

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Agile software development lifecycle and quality managment
• Experience with writing automated tests using Java programming language

Your responsibilities will be to:

• Review user stories and requirements, provide feedback regarding testability and effort estimate from a quality assurance perspective
• Mantain manual test scripts for requirement / user story validation, integration, regression and usability testing
• Execution of manual tests including functional and regression tests
• Write release documentation and provide technical support to other team members as needed
• Attend sprint planning meetings and discuss testing issues
• Keep up to date with the evolution of the testing industry and to educate yourself regarding this subject.
