We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the Zürich team. You will be responsible for extending and growing our customer portfolio in Switzerland.
You will support our customers from all industries to master the challenges of the ongoing digitalisation wave and develop clever, rugged and successful future-proof digital solutions. You goal will be to establish thriving and long lasting partnerships with our customers.
From the outset of your tenure, it is expected that you contribute actively to drive Computer Rock forward on both the Swiss and international scenes. You will dive right into your role, contributing to the office both strategically and organizationally.
We’re looking for people who live for communication, are ready to take responsibility and love to collaborate. The right candidate is an independent person who can think across industries, has strong organizational skills, can handle multiple sales processes at once and last, but not least, is a team player who values camaraderie and humor. You can express yourself well both face-to-face and over the phone, and ideally bring with you some experience from a similar agency.
You feel right at home with collaborative work tools and transparency. On the strategic side, we favor the Google Apps, products from 37signals and the Office suite in our workflow so expertise with these tools is an advantage. Having a technological understanding of web technologies and mobile frameworks is a defining factor. You must feel comfortable when talking to our engineers and explaining the solution to our clients. Finally, you master German and English both orally and in writing.
