In case your profile matches the requirements for the position, we will call you regarding the next step. HR + Technical interview For us the interview is a two-way street. It is important that we both understand the value the other brings to the table. We respect your and our time, therefore we have streamlined the process to a one online interview that lasts about 1 hour. For the HR part, we will give you a short introduction about our company, values, and walk you through the work experience. We do not see the technical part as a test, but as an opportunity to get to know each other through a conversation. At the same time, the Team Lead/Director will present you the team you will potentially join, in addition to our projects and technologies. Of course, we are always open to answer all of your questions.

Offer If everything goes well, we will send you an offer with all the relevant information. In case of there are still doubts after all the steps, we are here for you.
